Reserve resources
Before mobilization, fund a Workforce Reserve equal to one month’s estimated labor costs. It is credited against the final invoice, less outstanding balances.
Mobilize the assignment
Coordinate personnel, site orientation, onboarding, schedules, and project communication.
Manage the administration
Coordinate scheduling, time records, payroll, union requirements, reporting, and coverage requests.
Reconcile monthly
Services are billed monthly in advance. Actual hours and approved changes are reconciled against the projected staffing requirements.
