Before VinVu’s current focus on vertical logistics, its consulting work centered on helping businesses organize operations, people, projects, and technology. Stephanie also stepped directly into construction businesses that needed leadership and execution.
Served as second-in-command during staffing and process challenges. Helped run the company, strengthen systems and handoffs, and support sales and marketing activity while the team was being stabilized.
Stepped in after key internal staff departures to keep projects and the business moving across project management, accounting, payroll, and union coordination.
MEET STEPHANIE
Stephanie founded VinVu and built it into a woman-owned vertical logistics business supporting construction hoists, workforce, equipment coordination, and technology. Her background also spans business operations, consulting, and leading teams through change.
She works alongside the owner and leadership team to understand what is stuck, source the right resources, make decisions actionable, and help people follow through.
